He was extremely clear, thorough and patient as he guided my wife and I through the loan process. He was also very timely and worked hard to make sure everything was ready to go before closing the loan.
Mr Pedro is a loan officer working with a group of investors who help us get funds to buy our new home, You can contact him if you want to get a loan at an affordable low rate of 2% RIO Email Him On . pedroloanss@gmail.com Or Whatsapp Chat: + 1-863-231-0632Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16401120318857509655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9012099963418495439.post-55851760382321320032016-12-26T00:48:26.694-05:002016-12-26T00:48:26.694-05:00If you want to learn more about these term online ...If you want to learn more about these term online EasyShiksha is the best solution to get free online education with certification across any country.Hannah Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16667874947306915322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9012099963418495439.post-39965953491848833552014-04-09T11:26:37.282-04:002014-04-09T11:26:37.282-04:00So your Uni puts a cap on postdocs? Is it per field because that seems very low (for engineering, for instance).

As it turns out, the people that I was considering for this all took jobs (with much higher pay I assume) outside of the university.

I agree that you generally need a DoD program manager to really support this for a long time but I don't think it is a requirement to have a postdoc for a tenure track position.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00954417680857046868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9012099963418495439.post-33578479040170978892014-04-07T07:58:24.913-04:002014-04-07T07:58:24.913-04:00I've had a postdoc for 4 years, he happily lan...I've had a postdoc for 4 years, he happily landed a faculty position this year. He wanted to be faculty, and had to have a postdoc to achieve that. For him, industry was not an option until he exhausted all his chances for a TT position.
I would have paid him $40-45K as that's what my university allows. (He did get a couple of fellowships so I ended up not having to pay him at all except for his travel.)
As for a research scientist/engineer, that's a great option too, but I suppose I wouldn't do it until I know I have stable funding for several years (i.e. good relationship with some DoD program managers). These people help more than a postdoc as they are not focused on leaving for TT. But they cost more for sure. xykademiqzhttp://xykademiqz.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
